"We checked in on December 25, and rented our own car at the airport to drive to the cabin. Along the way, being Christmas, we did not realize the ferry was not working. It made our drive three hours longer than expected. In the future, I suggest letting guest Know ahead of time about the ferries. Felt the online key fob was annoying at first as we arrived early and it wouldn’t allow us to check in early.No person to talk to and we only realised the situation when the same thing had happened to other customers.
