"The hotel was closed for renovations upon arrival to check in. No notification sent to me in regards to the hotel status. Had to book a room in another Ramada, half a mile away. According to the hotel staff where I was able to book a room. Its a constant issue about their bad service. Waiting for my full refund!"

"We had a great stay and would probably stay again. Check in took a while which was understandable on a weekend evening. The person at the front counter was very sweet and made jokes but actually gave little information before disappearing. We were not given directions on where to park nor were we told which floor our room was - we had to ask another guest! "Very comfortable beds, and large rooms. Smell of fresh flowers was in the hallway. Fitness room had old equipment and no weights. Breakfast was limited but ok."

"It seems that the elevators have issues often, as I've been there a few times when only one or two of the three elevators were working, this time only one was working. It was a busy weekend with one working elevator. The sofa sleeper in the living area had a note under the cushion saying not to open because it was broken. But as usual, the staff was very friendly and helpful, special shout-out to the morning Starbucks barista for being the friendliest face to start the day."
