"This place has excellent location and surroundings but the rooms could use a little renovation or something. Even “Tulum vibe” doesn’t really help the fact that rooms are looking very old and dusty. Hanger rod for towels in the bathroom falling down etc. other than that its a very good deal and beautiful beach and even kitchen is very delicious."
