The restaurant offers an amazing view of the city of Istanbul and the service is always friendly and great! You could feed the seagulls on a good day and the owner /manager was kind enough to open the glass window for us to take photos without the glare of the indoor lights. It is a wonderful way to start the day. "

We received an upgrade to a partial sea view and the concierge was very efficient in recommending a number of options of sightseeing options for us to do. The hotel also gave us early check-in as opposed to having us wait until the official check-in time. That act of kindness alone was stellar."

Being within walking distance of Istiklal Caddesi made it easy to explore the heart of Istanbul, with its lively shops, restaurants, and attractions just a short stroll away. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. Every corner of the property was well-maintained, and our room was spotless throughout our stay. Breakfast was another standout feature. The variety and quality of the food were impressive, catering to different tastes with fresh, flavorful options. The staff in the breakfast area were exceptionally trained—friendly, attentive, and professional, ensuring a great start to our day every morning. Overall, the Intercontinental Taksim offers excellent service, a prime location, and wonderful amenities. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Istanbul!"
