"決して悪いということはありませんが、お値段はどの良さはないように思います。"

"駅前に立地してますので、最悪タクシーがホテルの場所を知らなくても駅まで行って！と言えば帰ってこれます。フロントにタクシー呼んでとお願いするとGrabで呼んでくれて、ついでにアプリの使い方も教えてくれました。タクシーの相場が分かるので、かなり便利です。ホテルの朝食はホテルのランクに相応で普通に美味しかったです。近所には王宮側の反対側に15分ほど歩くとスーパーやデパートがあります。難をいうと、外で音楽を流しながら何か売ってるようで、これが深夜まで続きます。まぁ、私は旅の疲れで爆睡しましたが。あと、エレベーターがないのでスーツケースは厳しいですね。ボーイさんがエイコラと運んでくれますので100円くらいチップを事前に作っておかれるとスマートかもしれません。"

"The building is old. The shower was broken and the toilet seat is loose. The building is in desparate need of attention, but i guess with little to no tourists visitng the country, it makes it dificult to invest in repairs and updates. The staff are great. They are polite and courteous. There really is nothing around the area. You'll have to cab or use grab app to get anywhere. "The room and bathroom are generous size, the carpeting is very dirty with many stains. The staff was not friendly and the area surrounding the hotel was bleak with no one is light in the being. I would not recommend this hotel. I had a second booking which I canceled. "

"Expedia canceled the booking of my original hotel. They asked me to choose between 3 options to replace it, which I did in a timely manner. Despite my request, Expedia did not send me the booking for this new hotel on time. It was send to me after few hours I checked in another hotel that I have to look for muself. I had to go around time to check the options that Expedia gave One of the options that Expedia gave to replace the original booking is even out of service."

The hotel also took money from our credit card and also charged us for the same on arrival. When we requested a refund for the double charge, they kept delaying the refund back into our account.
