"Amazing apartment for our stay! Lovely building, the commons areas were very cool. Loved how much SPACE we had! Building was quiet, and very clean. Great location, some really great food and bars just outside the front doors. Easy 15-20 minute walk to the heart of Broadway. "

"Overall, this property met my needs. I was in Phoenix for an event. I needed a place to sleep. If I were to have had to spend more time there, the litter box smell would’ve bothered me more. I’m assuming someone with a cat had stayed there. Not to mention the other cats roaming the property. So if you’re allergic to cats, probably not the place to stay.
