"It was great, the only downside was not being able to organise to enter our room any earlier than 3 pm., even though we arrived at 10:00 am. The add for the hotel said "free shuttle" but there was no shuttle from the airport. The shuttle was only available from the hotel to the airport, when leaving. Other wise a good place to stay. "TV didn't work and was not fix it even after reporting multiple times. Air-conditioning couldn't be adjusted and couldn't change the settings below 21 deg Celsius. So we were sweating all night and couldn't get good sleep. "

"This property is a great location, clean and quiet. The stove top in my room did not work and when I asked at the desk I was told someone would be up in a few minutes. They never arrived. It was not always easy to find staff to get more toilet paper etc so make sure you do t leave it till the last minute. I would stay again, it was clean and the location was great."

"The property was very clean and friendly. I only stayed one night prior to a flight and as I was leaving so early (0400h) the airport shuttle was not yet running so factor in 15-20CHF for that if you are are going outside shuttle hours. IKEA is just down the street which was a bonus for me."

"So, this is a no-frills hotel in a great location. The rooms are really small and the layout is a bit inconvenient with the orientation of the bed causing one person to crawl over the other in order to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. The hotel is run by a bunch of twenty-somethings, but they did an excellent job and were really helpful. Outside of the small room, our stay was quiet and comfortable. You will hear the trams as the street adjacent is the tramway, but they didn't bother me. Otherwise, the hotel is in a great location in the old town. The lake view rooms are not worth paying-up for as the lake is too far away for a view. Breakfast is good, but ridiculously expensive with no cook to order. All considered, I probably wouldn't stay there again because of the size of the rooms, but that's the only real drawback."
