"Communication from Katherina was great. Check in with Fabrivio was seamless, yet informative. Joy at the desk was very helpful too. The hotel is in an alley between two busy streets, though this added to the charm of being so near the activities. It’s an old building, in a very old city. Better than expected. Great restaurants feet away from the hotel front door. We enjoyed our time. "

The only thing I didn't like is that there was only one dish towel and no paper towels; we had one roll of toilet paper for the bathroom for a week, one trash bag, and no dish soap or laundry soap. When I asked for these basic items (which are usually purchased in bulk so buying them for a short stay doesn't make sense, therefore, they are usually included in reasonable amounts) - I was told the apartment was self-catering.
