"We were greeted by Melissa and Anastasia yesterday afternoon and they were so friendly and positive and helpful. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and it smelled so nice everywhere we went. We swam with family and had a great time and when I asked Anastasia about pool toys she brought some in and that was great. She also gave us extra towels after swimming. "Check in was a hassel front desk person was not nice or professional i had informed her i was extending my stay and she was very rude about how i had to proceed. "Nice bar and restaurant inside and the food was good. I wish breakfast was included or discounted. Pool was nice and warm but they didn’t have pool towels handy. The beds were comfortable and room was clean. My only 2 small complaints was how loud the doors closed, which was distributive at night with people coming in and out. Also the heater even when set to 61 seemed to heat the room to 70. We kept having to get up and turn it completely off to adjust the room temp. "
