There was no reception desk, I received an Email, telling you how to get the key (mail box at the Gate and code for the box) and enter to the room.
However, the cleaning lady put the key in the wrong box. I arrived 8:00PM and found NO key in the box. I didn't have internet access so I had to pay additional charge to connect to internet and download what'sAPP so that I could reach them. I stood in front of the Gate waiting for them to arrive and give me the key for 40 mins, I was wet, cold, tired and hungry. This was a VERY BAD stay experience.
I don't want to be mean, but I paid more than 130 EURO for that night, this is NOT the service that worth for this price.
