Tried contacting via phone and email for days for refund. Accomodation was already paid. Lost our money. Security tried calling and cannot get to them. Total scam. Ended up staying at another hotel."

"The property itself was nice. My room was lovely and had everything I needed. The check in process was horrible causing me to have to book another accommodation. The arrival email was never sent to me. So I didn’t receive the entry code for the front door (as there is no reception). I arrived at 7pm w chick is a very reasonable time to expect someone to pick up the phone. However they did not. It took 7 attempts and Facebook messages the following day to get in. The WhatsApp number doesn’t work...

"Superbe appartement dans le quartier landmark avec vue magnifique sur la ville. Bien equipe j'ai ou cuisiner et faire une lessive. Propre et confortable. La salle de sport est tres bien pour s entraîner. L'hote est reactive par message et c'est montrée arrangeante. par contre la personne qui realise l'accueil est expéditive et pas très agreable, dommage."
