While the access to Vigan Town center was a close walk, the rooms were not clean. There were insects in rooms, dirty towels in the closet, and no hot water for a shower. The Internet was good, but, no shower curtain or soap. This place needs a remake to have a clean and comfortable stay.

The property is okay; we stayed for one night and there were three of us. No toiletries and no heated shower. Staff provided kettle for hot water that one can add in the pail to be mixed with cold water. A basic breakfast was provided. The road leading to the property was under construction so our driver had to go around to get to the property’s parking lot. It is walkable to Calle Crisologo for fit walkers.

Excellent stay and customer service was top notch. The staff were all kind and hospitable. They were kind enough to allow us to check in early since we were too exhausted from the trip. They were able to provide recommendations on places to visit and places to eat at upon check in. Wifi was not too reliable but other than that, the place was clean including the bathroom, air conditioning worked well, and parking was right in front. The tourist spots were in walking distance but we opted to use tricycles. Overall, we were impressed by this accomodation. Oh and they offered free breakfast which was another plus.

We stayed here with my family for 1 night. The rooms are clean and tidy but the shower area and toilet area inside the room needs TLC. Theres no tissue provided. The shower head is full of rust and not functioning properly. the area for toilet does not have bidet and its very tight to move on due to the location of the sink. Theres a set breakfast available per person. (130 pesos worth) Parking is on site. Would be nice if theres a person in reception area at all times or a guard on site since if the guest is leaving early it will not cause any delay. its also beside a longanisa vendor i believe its a wholesaler so its good to have it handy and you dont need to go all the way to Calle Crisologo. This hotel is nearby the main tourist spots in Vigan. But not very close to be congested in traffic. This was our stop going to pagudpod.
