"he rooms were as expected, with good sound insulation (both outside and between rooms). It was a great stay with superb staff members who were very helpful from start to finish. We actually ended up staying an extra night as our flight was canceled. The staff were very accommodating and managed to find us an extra room during this very busy Christmas season."

"Small hotel, great friendly service with a good breakfast. Small hotel in the middle of Bordeaux, walking distance from all. They arranged a daily taxi for us as being in that part of the city, It is hard to get an uber. Would definitely stay agian."

"We walked to the hotel from the train station. We went out the main doors of the train station. We could have made it much easier on ourselves if we went to the lower level and crossed under the tracks. Otherwise, the hotel was great. "The staffs here are friendly & helpful, especially when I need help going certain places and restaurants. The only imperfection is the shower part. The water splashed on the floor because the glass only covered halfway. But overall, I highly recommended this hotel! "

Good. But Not walkable from the Airport in 15mins

"Good hotel. Close to the airport - NOT A WALK. Need to get the tram or a taxi. There are closer hotels. Rooms were fine. Beds comfortable and breakfast was good, plenty of options. The hotel is looking a little tired in decor and room specification. "
