"At first it seemed a dream come true- a hotel in the middle of a park away from all the noise of the street. Unfortunately, a wedding party on the first night put paid to the hope of much relaxation. I could understand why the guests might want to dance to music until midnight but did workmen really need to spend the next three hours clattering about dismantling equipment?
