My room, on the fifth floor, was well-appointed and very clean and comfortable. Tea/coffee-making facility was available in room, as was ironing board. The breakfast selection was very good; again, staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is centrally located for shopping and dining; great for walking or there is public transport outside the hotel door. I would highly recommend a stay in Riu Plaza, the Gresham. "
