That made me feel like it had not been cleaned properly. The bed was hard. There was a crack by the door that someone could peek in through. The window was not framed well. "Been staying here for dog agility trials for years. Consistantly clean and comfortable, sleeping area newly renovated, with plenty of plugs and a USB charger port by bed. Under new management, but new folks seem to be nice. "
