"Yes, this is old hotel and need some refurbishment of their rooms. However, the staff, food, location is exceptional - there is no doubt about the 5* rating and price to the quality. The views from the restaurant on 2nd floor during breakfast, or if You choose Panorama Sky Bar on 40th floor are incredible. On top of that there is brand new SPA/GYM facilities ran by third party company called OMNI, however included in the room price - it is simply amazing!"

I was disappointed with vegan choices for breakfast and the fact that we were advised we "should not bring in own food/plant milk without informing staff" (on last day of a longer stay). I'd suggest booking just the room and having breakfast elsewhere: plenty of places nearby."
