"Estadia perfeita, hotel fica pra ticamente na Times Square, na mesma rus do Rockfeller, top of the rock e muito proximo de muitas atracoes. Cama boa e chuveiro muito bom, o fato de termos geladeira, microondas e cafeteira no quarto facilitou muito a questao de alimentacao. Recomendo este hotel. Nao me cobraram nenhuma taxa adicional."

"This cozy room was the perfect location and an incredible price for being right in the heart of Manhattan, steps from Penn Station and a variety of subway options. Lots of local cuisine all around, safe and secure as well as clean. A little noisy but in Manhattan that is a given and nothing do about it. "

"Fantastic well appointed apartments and updated amenities with full kitchen, good quality beds, nice gym, small but convenient business center and super friendly staff (every single front desk employee both daytime and evening are welcoming and helpful). Only one negative is laundry room, although very convenient, machines and overall laundry could use an upgrade. In general the hotel is quiet despite the busy rooftop restaurant. "

"The place looks better in the pictures. Some of the furniture was worn, and the cleaning wasn’t up to the highest standard either. All of the towels showed signs of use and had some stains. "The room was well kept and the toiletries were complete. The shower space is a little too small though but there was a lot of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel available. The dispenser pump of the shampoo was defective though. The staff were accommodating and quickly responded to requests for assistance such as cleaning arrangements. The online check-in and check-out experience was seamless and convenient. Generally, our experience was quite good. "

"Everything was excellent during our stay. More than enough room for a family of five. Plenty of food and entertainment options around. Only issue we had was with the toilets,they were constantly running after you’d flush. Perhaps they need to update or change the components. Other than that, our stay was excellent!"

"We enjoyed our stay at this property, especially being so close to the subway and nearby bodegas. One thing, one of the mattresses was rock solid — the owners should invest in at least a mattress topper. The water in the shower gets extremely nice and hot, and the other tenants were very friendly. Another weird thing, “an exterminator” came in the morning during one of the days we stayed around 9am, and tried to barge in and “exterminate”. That was uncomfortable, and he had a key. "What a gem! I was nervous about the virtual front desk but it worked out wonderfully. They allowed me to check in early which was a blessing on a cold January day! The room was compact but well put together. Great to have a fridge, tea, microwave and sound machine. I was able to make the room nice and warm during the day and cool at night to sleep. Also - the sheets smelled wonderful. My only suggestion is to allow the shower water to get hotter. Five stars!!"

"Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."
