"Staff is great. However, when I get to my room, the shower floor is still wet. Can't connect to Netflix or any other TV apps even the cable. The area is sketchy but near to the Embassy which is great."

"The staff was exceptional, and the breakfast was great. Everything was perfect since it was close to our business we needed to conduct. They did warn us to email our ID's prior to coming to speed up the process, I did not. I have no idea why they have to have our id's for so long. The wait was long for this tired traveler, but again, that is on me, they warned me, but still strange to me, since I travel VERY often and have never had this happen."

"Excellent service. We had a couple of problems with our room but the problem was fixed literally within minutes of our calling the front desk. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Very close to the airport, the Mall of Asia, and dining options are innumerable. We plan to return to Microtel on our next trip."
