"Everything about inside the hotel was good the only thing that wasn`t in line with the interior was the exterior and the car park both of these need to be refurbished and then the place would be nice right throughout. I was greeted by a friendly and pleasant gentleman at the reception desk and also had my room upgraded, so that was a nice uplift to my experience."

"Excellent stay from start to finish. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Price for meals a little on the high side but were well prepared and presented. Included breakfast with our package and was not dissapointed as plenty of choice. Rooms a little dated but who stays in their room all day. Very good leisure facilities. The bar and restaurant area are well maintained and cosy and the food and drink was very nice and not too expensive, breakfast was also enjoyable. "The best thing about this hotel is the location in that you are literally across the road from the BP Arena if that is your purpose for visiting! The parking was easy (we used the multi storey which is only £10 for 24hours if you validate your ticket at hotel reception) It is located within the shopping centre but rooms are up high so no noise or disturbance. Everywhere is very clean and rooms are big and have everything you need (although everywhere looks a bit dated it’s not really a problem...

"Really nice glamping pod with its own small loo. There were a few cobwebs and dust on the window sill, otherwise it felt clean and tidy. Staff in reception were very pleasant. Very quiet overnight this may change if an event is being held tho. Overall a very peaceful and comfortable stay"

Clean room and good breakfast

"We stayed in an accessible family room, the bed was very comfortable, the sofa bed wasn’t so comfortable but managed to sleep and even though on a busy street the room was always quiet. The breakfast was good with a good make your own waffle option that I’d not seen before and had for breakfast both day. The only annoying thing about the breakfast area is the number of family that let their kids use their iPad with no headphones and volume on ( maybe head down early to avoid this)."

No frills - good value for city centre.

"Very clean. All frills removed which is why it is so inexpensive for a city centre hotel. Be aware some rooms don’t have windows. I now make sure I get a room with a window. There also isn’t a kettle or way to make drinks in your room, but you can buy drinks downstairs. If you only need your hotel to sleep in this is absolutely fine."
