Beautiful property. The staff was very kind and helpful. There was an issue with our reservation and it was taken care of quickly. We also did have trouble with getting into our room because the key card would not work. They got security there to fix the problem quickly. He was very thorough with showing us the new keys and how to use the extra safeties put in place on the doors. We felt very safe. The rooms were very clean and just what we wanted. We were here in the winter but property would be great for walking, biking or swimming. Would definitely recommend.

This was a great hotel for our family of 6. Multiple bedrooms that were separate and had their own bathrooms was a huge plus for us. It was a convenient location for shopping, food, and Busch Gardens. We loved the history of the Manor House as well. They had beautiful pools and plenty for the kids to do. We will return and stay again.

We loved staying at Historic Williamsburg Powhatan Resort! The facilities were so large and clean and offered everything we needed to make our stay so comfortable. The rooms were very spacious and the beds so comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful and the grounds were beautifully maintained and decorated for the season. Such an enjoyable stay! We will definitely be coming back!! Thank you!!

Pros: property was very clean and well maintained. Heated pool and hot tub. Alot of daily activities for children. The room was spacious and relaxing. Cons: I paid resort fees before my stay and was refunded the money prior to my arrival just to be charged the fee again when i arrived. no hot water until the second day of my stay. The toilet made a loud noise the entire stay.

Very convenient to all the attractions. Rooms were very large with nice accommodations. Beautiful layout to just enjoy walking.
