"We experienced a rainstorm while we were there, which is not normal. The room had a leak so they transferred us to a better room and credited us for one night for the inconvenience. I thought that was awesome, the staff was immediately attentive to every need that we had. The pool is an awesome pool, food was great, overall wonderful experience."

"Everyone was really nice and the property felt really safe. It was mostly older folks there and it was very quiet except for the first night when it sounded like somebody was jumping up and down upstairs, but after that, it was really quiet. It was easy to find a parking spot and the parking lot felt very safe and quiet."

"We've been staying in Sonesta Suites in Scottsdale for a couple of years now and now know the difference between a Sonesta Suites and a Sonesta Simply Suites. "I had a issue with the deadbolt lock and the sink not draining. The maintenance lady came to my room and looked the issues, went down stairs and came back that they were moving me to a suite. The maintenance lady helped me with my stuff to moved to the new room. When I went downstairs I thanked the lady at the front desk for the new room and she said they wanted to make sure the customers were happy. I would recommend this Hampton Inn."
