"Good price comfortable room"

"Staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was very nice and plenty of choice, including veggie and vegan options. The room itself was a bit "tired" looking and the same goes for the bathroom - both could do with a bit of a makeover. But the bed was large, clean and comfortable and i had everything i needed for two nights."

"Food, staff and room were great. All staff were pleasant and friendly and the meal I had was really good quality. The room was beautiful and a great size, separate seating area and huge bathroom with double shower. The noise behind my room however, was terrible, bottles and rubbish being emptied day and night (tried to sleep late afternoon following a long drive). "Does what it says on the tin. Warm - hugely important in Winter. Welcoming, reception and service were excellent. Good value, rooms clean and well equipped with teas, coffee and toiletries, fantastic shower. Vastly superior and better value and experience than Premier and Travelodge “equivalents’. "

"It used to be the perfect place to stay in the region, but I see it starts to lose its service level. Waiting for osomeone to come to the reception for 20 minutes and it took another 20 mins to check us in...and we are regularly going there for business."
