The beds are comfortable and there are enough pillows for us. The kitchen is well equipped (very basic ones). There's a refrigerator and freezer....

"The hotel staff is great extremely nice and eager to help. Breakfast was a 10 out of 10 I would highly suggest purchasing it. The attention to detail was great as well for example, the room keys were made of wood, which I think is a very nice touch. Next time I come to Osaka, I will definitely be staying here again. It also is in a very good location for anything that would want to be done during the night."
