"We loved our room and parking accommodations. Glad we did a suite in separate building. It was quiet and not crowded. The pools were a disappointment though, lots of little kids even in the evening 😕. Pool water was cloudy in both pools. I have been in lots of public pools and the water is always crystal clear. "This motel is in a great location between Long And Short Beach. It’s an easy family-friendly walk to either. The room was big, and included a kitchenette, kitchen table, and closet area. The motel grounds and room were clean. This motel could use some updating. The carpets are shag and it felt like stepping back in time. The check in is paper-based and takes a few minutes. These are not necessarily bad things, just items to keep in mind."

"Both location and staff at Lighthouse made this little getaway special for my husband and I. Located right in between short sands and long sands and walkable to both, the room was large, clean, and had an ocean view. Excellent communication with the staff who had our room ready early for us. :) We definitely recommend!"
