"Property was good and well located. However, £15 to park my car for one evening in the hotel grounds was exorbitant. Especially after staying overnight and eating lunch, dinner and breakfast there. "

"Cant beat the location. Just next to York Minster and tons of restaurants. Walking distance to the Shambles and almost everything. The only issue that actually makes our stay not comfortable is that the hotel does not have Air conditioner. We were there during heat wave and this make the stay in the room really unbearable. The temperature in the room was so much higher than the outside. The staff was nice and try to give us 2 fans and a bucket of ice. Still felt very hot. The breakfast was set...
