"I booked a couple of nights at the Sheraton as a small staycation due to being unable to leave the city thanks to pandemic lockdowns. As far as changzhou goes this is a good location a couple of good western restaurants nearby, Istanbul (Turkish) and Koala (Australian Bar) right next to a big shopping mall although these are everywhere in china so nothing special. The room was comfortable, big SOFT bed (important to check in China) and clean, my only complaint would be the ac didn’t work...

"We booked a lakeview room because it is close to where we need to go. Upon arriving the front desk told us they “upgraded” us to a lake view room, that of which we already booked. After we settled in our room, they called in and told us that they copied the wrong page in the passport. We need to goto the front desk and Hand them the passport again so they can verify info. The room itself. We booked a smoke free room but the room reeks of cigarette smell. Lakeview is nice but window is dirty...
