Adventure seekers: this one’s for you! During this 4.5-hour tour, you’ll travel from City centre Wilmington to Wrightsville Beach aboard a zippy e-bike!

Your thrilling day kicks off when you meet your fun and professional guide near the Wilmington Riverwalk. They will provide you with a state-of-the-art e-bike, helmet, and a small cell phone holder. After a brief safety and training session, you’ll be cycling the streets like a pro!

Following your guide, you’ll cruise down the historic River to Sea Bikeway. This route is an 15-mile on and off-road bicycle route that follows the Historic Beach Car Line. Soak up gorgeous views of the Cape Fear River, Wilmington Riverwalk, City centre, and so much more. Along the way, your guide will share interesting facts about the city and its roots. Need a boost? Let your e-bike do the work with an adjustable pedal assist!

You’ll feel a wave of excitement as you pedal all the way to Wrightsville Beach and the picturesque shores of the Atlantic Ocean. Before making the journey back to town, you’ll stop in at the Blockade Runner Beach Resort where you can choose to purchase lunch, lounge on the beach, or even rent a surfboard!

After your ride, you’ll walk away with a new appreciation for Wilmington!

The tour consists of:
2.5 - 3 hours to relax at the resort, on the beach, or walk around the area

This tour is open to riders 12 years of age and older. Minors must be accompanies by a guardian or parent.

We recommend bringing a book bag to carry anything you'll need for the beach, such as sun cream, sunglasses, additional refreshments, swimming suits, etc. Please pack minimally, as you will need to transport your belongings. All tour attendees should arrive 20 minutes prior to the start time.
