Right after landing at Paro, the cultural delights of Bhutan gradually reveals. Thimpu is the capital city of Bhutan that holds precious and historical sites, including the ruins of Kuensel Phodrang, magnificent viewpoints, Local farmers and craftsmen, the National Textile Museum, the National Memorial Chhorten, and many more. Tashichho Dzong is also another very popular site in Thimpu. Punakha has got 108 Druk Wangyal Chortens, which is a landmark of its kind. Punakha Dzong is another magnificent site located on the confluence of two rivers. Khamsum Yulley Namgyal Chorten increases the charm of this tiny Kingdom of Bhutan.
The 40 temples that are visited on the Bhutan Cultural Experience Tour include the significant Kurjey Lhakhang, also known as Satsang Gambo, Jambay Lhakhang, and Bumthang's Kurjey Lhakhang.
