The Tour of Berat starts at 09:00 with your hotel pick up. It is a 2.5 hours drive until we reach Berat. The tour starts in the lower part of the city. We will visit the Bachelor’s Mosque. It is famous for its unique style and architecture.
The narrow stone paths go uphill in-between characteristic houses. It is where local ladies are selling traditionally handcrafted linen dating from their grandmother’s times. Some of the ladies will introduce us to some of the techniques of how they handcrafts all the linens.

The next destination will be the visit to the “Onufri” Museum. He is the most famous church painter. Unique in his style for the mix of red, orange and gold colour, a technique that is still undiscovered. Visit some of the most well known Onufri’s works.
“Gorica”, in the other side of Osumi River, is the third area of Berat. Famous for its unique style of houses makes it a worthy attraction to be visited. Short tour of Gorica.
