TATUN is a gastronomical proposal based on wild bluefin tuna, from the most prestigious Almadrabas of the Strait of Gibraltar.
You will enjoy a unique experience as we are located in the most prestigious and oldest gastronomical market in Spain, with remarkable features retaining its original iron structure from the early twentieth century.
The wild bluefin tuna we serve is unique for being of the highest quality because it is fished with the ancient Phoenician and Roman technique of the Almadraba. It is considered the icon of the coast of the light of Cadiz.
In this experience you will be able to taste the different parts and raw cuts of tuna served with different toppings, gourmet creations “that the sizzle seels the steak” and that seduce with their flavour.
During the tasting our chefs will explain the whole process to get to these succulent dishes from the characteristics of the tuna, its fishing and its incredible nutritional and gastronomic properties of its different parts that are used in the kitchen.
