Tour content was good, but the transportation related elements were very poor. Firstly, the car used was very small for a private tour, a BMW 1-Series was used for 3 participants with 2 guides. At the end of the tour, we were dropped off at the train station by 2 guides, but they did not bother guiding us on how to return to the city. When we asked they simply said that we can figure it out and it's very straightforward. It turned out to be quite confusing as there were multiple train numbers and we had to ask strangers to get to the correct platform.

Our tour guide was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and fun. We learned so much about the castle! The train ride was convenient and clean. If you want a lovely day out of the city, this is a great tour. If you like history, this is a great tour. Ask for Nicholas!

Hamlets Castle tour is great.: I had a private tour with Nacho from Copenhagen to Elsinore by train. The day was perfect and Nacho was the best guide. He was very knowledgeable and so nice. When we got to the castle, just a short walk from the train, a production of Hamlet was going on in different rooms. It was really fun. Great tour.
