It's a nice way of getting to know Istanbul. You don't just learn about the food, you also learn about the history and culture of Turkey. My guide, Ali, was exceptional. He was super friendly, caring, enthusiastic, and professional. The tour lasts about 5.5 hours and you get to see various parts of Istanbul. You often sit down to have the food so I didn't feel tired from walking. Although I didn't like some of the foods I did appreciate the diverse selection of the foods.

This was the highlight of our family (2 adults/2 teenagers) trip to Istanbul! Ali was very personable, fun, and knowledgeable. The variety of food was amazing and it was all delicious! Our teenage son couldn’t stop talking about how much he loved the day and it was a great thing to do on our first day as we got the lay of the city as well. It was extremely well-run - highly recommend!

Fantastic experience! We toured with Tunc and he was simply amazing. We were full by then end of it and got to sample some of the finest Turkish dishes and learnt a lot about the history behind it. Would highly recommend for a half day leisure couple activity.

Ali did a great job introducing us to the hidden gems of the local cuisine. For the first time I was able to visit both the European and the Asian part of the city. Definitely a great experience that will help you not get lost in the vastness.

You really get to know Istanbul by its food. We ate and walk, but we felt like we were amongst friends. We learned about the culture and saw beautiful parts of city and the spice market. I would totally recommend this tour. After this we decided we needed to return to Istanbul for at least one week
