Know before you book

  • It is mandatory to present a photo ID for all participants.
  • Maximum 2 people on the jet ski with a MAX weight of 450 LBS or 225 lbs per person. For safety purposes customers sharing a jet ski will be weighed at the moment of check in to make sure that the weight limit per person is being met.
  • Reckless driving will not be tolerated and is non refundable
  • If the parent is present anyone 16 years of age or older should be fine to drive as long as they have proper government issued ID with birthdate
  • Minimum age requirement to ride the Jet Ski is 10 years of age (no driving, minimum driving age is 16)
  • Pregnant women and people with recent surgeries are not allowed to do the activity
  • People under the influence of drugs or any illegal substances are not allowed on the tour and are subject to NO REFUND.
  • Please arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled booking.
  • Cellphones and other electronic devices are nor allowed during the activity.

What you can expect

Safe and easy to drive! No previous experience or licence required. Take your Jet Ski out for a spin with our amazing prices! Our experienced staff will give you a proper hands-on training. While you are driving your jet ski, our staff will keep an eye on you to make sure you are operating safely.

Jet Ski Cancun staff guides our customers out to a driving area that is 400 metres located in the lagoon. After your ride you will be assisted back and helped to get back to the dock.
