Start your adventure early with a 5:30 AM pick-up from your hotel lobby, as our group speedboat departs promptly at 6:00 AM from Labuan Bajo.

We offer three types of speedboats to suit our booking needs : a larger speedboat for up to 17 guest, a medium speedboat for up to 14 guest, and a smaller speedboat for up to 7 guest. In total, we can accommodate up to 38 guests daily and even with just one booking, our boat will depart as scheduled.

  • The total duration of the tour is approximately 650 minutes, including 195 minutes of speedboat transfers between destinations, 400 minutes for activities and 55 minutes for the shuttle service and check-in process at the harbour

Our pick-up service begins at 5:20 AM, depending on your hotel’s location. Simply wait in your hotel lobby, and we’ll ensure a smooth transfer to the harbour for the check-in process. Once the formalities are complete, you’ll board one of our speedboats, which departs promptly at 6:00 AM from Labuan Bajo. Depending on bookings, we offer three speedboat options tailored to group sizes: a large speedboat for up to 17 passengers, a medium speedboat for up to 14 passengers, and a small speedboat for up to 7 passengers. In total, we can accommodate up to 38 guests daily and even with just one booking, our boat will depart as scheduled.

From your hotel, we’ll head directly to the harbour to board our speedboat and set off on a day filled with discovery and wonder. It takes approximately 60 minutes by speedboat from Labuan Bajo to reach our first destination, the iconic Padar Island. Renowned for its dramatic landscapes and unique trio of coloured beaches—white, pink, and black—Padar is a feast for the senses. As we approach, you’ll be captivated by the island’s rugged hills and stunning vistas. The hike to the top is moderately challenging, but the panoramic views awaiting you are more than worth the effort. This is the perfect spot to trek, capture breathtaking photos, and immerse yourself in the island’s natural beauty.
Pink Beach

From Padar Island, we continue to the enchanting Pink Beach. It takes approximately 10 minutes by speedboat to reach this stunning destination. The beach’s distinctive pink-hued sand is the result of white sand blending with red coral fragments, creating a soft, rosy shoreline you won’t find anywhere else. Here, you’ll have time to unwind, swim in the crystal-clear waters, and simply relax as you soak in the beach’s unique charm.

Next, we head to Komodo Island, which is approximately a 20-minute speedboat ride from Pink Beach. It is home to the legendary Komodo dragons, the largest lizards on Earth. These awe-inspiring creatures can grow up to 3 metres (10 feet) in length and are known for their powerful build and fascinating predatory behaviour. Accompanied by experienced rangers, you’ll embark on a guided trek to observe these dragons safely in their natural environment, blending thrilling wildlife encounters with the stunning scenery of the island.

As the adventure continues, we journey to Taka Makasar, which takes approximately 25 minutes by speedboat from Komodo Island. This picturesque sandbar is renowned for its crescent shape and pristine waters. It’s the ideal spot to relax, sunbathe, and marvel at the beauty of the ocean.
Manta Point

Then, it’s off to Manta Point, which is just a 5-minute speedboat ride from Taka Makasar. Famous for its frequent sightings of graceful manta rays, this spot is a haven for these gentle giants, drawn to the area’s nutrient-rich currents. It’s one of the best places to snorkel and watch them glide peacefully beneath the surface. If you’re lucky, you might even get to swim alongside them!
Pulau Siaba Besar

Our final stop is Siaba Island, which is approximately a 15-minute speedboat ride from Manta Point. Known as a prime location to encounter sea turtles, this spot invites you to dive into crystal-clear waters and explore colourful coral gardens teeming with vibrant tropical fish, reef sharks, and, of course, gentle sea turtles. This underwater paradise is the perfect way to conclude a day filled with exploration and adventure. At 3:00 PM, we embark on our return journey to Labuan Bajo, which takes approximately 60 minutes from Siaba. We are expected to arrive in Labuan Bajo by 4:00 PM.
