Know before you book
- You'll snorkel with these ocean predators in their home environment. Just crystal-clear water between you and them, no cage, no aquarium... an adrenaline rush experience.
- You’ll be provided with safety instructions from our experienced guides who’ve spent hundreds of hours getting to know the resident school of sharks. guides will be in the water with you the entire time and will closely monitor the sharks behaviour to ensure your safety.
- Numbers vary but it is common to see up to six sharks. As Sharks are wild animals, we cannot guarantee sightings however we have a more than 95 percent success rate of seeing them.
- Buoyancy aids are available for less confident swimmers and because these sharks prefer shallow waters there’s no necessity to dive under the water to secure a thrilling view. Non-snorkelers can join the day and leave out the snorkelling by booking our Barefoot Kuata Day Cruise.
- The cruise for Nadi and Denarau area departs Port Denarau at 8:45am and returns to Port Denarau at 6:00pm
- Complimentary pick up and drop is provided from most of the Nadi/Denarau hotels.
- Customers travelling to all Yasawa Island Resorts including Vomo will be charged a Fuel Surcharge payable at check in
