Unfortunately, it's as most excursions are in tourist places, a huge up sale pitch. Seriously? No towels on a snorkeling/swimming trip? The catamaran company should provide towels for water activities rather than charging $32 USD for a thin crappy towel. The breakfast never happened and they were very stingy with the alcohol. Lunch was pretty great and the upgrade charged golf cart tour was awesome! The staff was fantastic!!! So all in all, I failed to read the fine print. The resort transportation was 30 minutes late and we were supposed to be at the dock at 9am, didn't arrive until after 930, boat didn't leave until well after 10. Also, read the fine print about the sunscreen regulations. Or you'll be Force to burn or purchase a 2.3oz bottle for $23 USD.

Catamaran was a blast. Fun and tequila for all. Enjoyed the beach food / bbq. We also took a golf cart and that was very fun.

Really great Crew! They will allow plenty of time to explore Isla Mueres. I especially liked the guided tours with the golf carts.

First be aware tgat the port fees are €20 each not $15 each there are no free use ormf towels no towels at all and we never saw any breakfast That been said we had a good day the boat crew were helpful and really good and the trip was enjoyable and golf buggies are another extra that youll have to pay for but if you dont fancy it just stay on the beach and enjoy the free bar and the beach. We enjoyed the day just disappointed with the extra charges and dispite complaining to expedia about this they said nothing could be done as i dint have a reciept to prove it although how you prove you dont get towels or breakfast i dont know.

Unfortunately luxury had nothing, my trip was with Transportation and the company forgot to pick us up, I had to ask for a taxi to get to the place, and on the way back we were waiting approximately 2 hours for us to return to our hotel... it was total chaos.

The provider of the sailing service doesn’t provide what is offered in their itinerary. They had no continental breakfast. The drinks were not premium. They had regular shelf vodka! Keg beer. The few mixed drinks they had were masked with lower grade liquor. The $120 per person fee is not representative of the service. You are better off going on a regular catamaran trip for $59! Albartos and Expedia need to better communicate and to provide a more accurate service!!

I am giving them one star because there is no other option below one star. We watched YouTube videos to make sure we choose the right tour to Isla Mujeres and read some reviews in Expedia (I guess only good reviews are posted) not many recent reviews posted. The Platinum tour is NOT worth it. 1- The ask you to call the number provided 24 hrs in advance for hotel pick up (they never answer the phone) when questioned at the meeting point all I got was laughing from the 3 employees and was told to contact your agency or whoever I purchased the tour from. 2- continental breakfast or at least cookies? Not provided, they had water ( not bottle) can juice in a container and that was it. 3 -Towels - Not provided as they advertised but have their store selling them and they really push everyone to buy them. 4 - Upon checking they ask you if you are doing the snorkeling, if you are then you can ONLY wear reef safe sunscreen, so, you have to buy it from them. 5 - The snorkeling was not good

I went on a solo trip and met so many people on this boat trip. Definitely would do it again!! The staff is AMAZING.
