"We stayed here for the first time and enjoyed our experience. The hotel entry was very bright and inviting. Staff were friendly and courteous. Parking was easy and our room was very clean. We liked that the location was very walkable to everything we wanted to see in downtown Victoria. We also enjoyed breakfast at the Vista 18 rooftop restaurant with amazing views of Victoria. We will definitely stay again!"

"The Amethyst is a wonderful Victorian mansion full of character. It’s as if time stood still. My room was lovely, crisp bed linens & very cozy.
