"Good location with tram stop just nearby. Upbeat decor, easy tech in the room. Staff were polite and welcoming. Good choice at breakfast. Bed matresses were very soft - may suit you but may not. Great to have ability to leave luggage after check-out whilst still exploring. I would suggest that management move the reception desk as it would be so easy for a guest to fall/step backwards off the steps that are directly in front of the table."
