"We loved Nin Binh and the Emeralda was our favorite hotel… we took 2 tours that we booked directly through the hotel, and they were awesome! Our guide was Dung, for both days, and he was great. We also booked our transportation to Hanoi through the hotel and it was very nice! If you think you want a massage, book early! We only got 1 out of 3 attempts because we tried to book to late."

"Oanh the owner is incredible. She will fulfill all needs in order to make your stay a grand one. From changing money to booking tours/transportation or any questions you may have about the area. She truly cares about making your stay is the best. She’s is a driving force that is the backbone for her hotel. She checks you in she cooks you breakfast and cleans your room. She is nothing short of amazing. It’s on a side street so quiet and close to everything. Enjoy your stay!"

"Staff at this hotel are very nice and welcoming. Location is also perfect for exploring. Close to Tam Coc and surrounding attractions. Grounds of the hotel are beautiful and rooms are clean and very comfortable. Definitely felt like a luxury staying here and it’s very reasonably priced for the standard of hotel. So enjoyable we decided to extend our stay. "

The breakfast is delicious- try the banana pancakes and lunch and dinner options were great too. The staff was so helpful. Duy and Tri helped with our transportation and tour bookings. "A huge spider crawled on me and woke me in the middle of the night. In the morning I could see bites on my chest and hand. When we told the staff during check out, the two female reception agents did not do anything to address it. The one agent responded with she was really scared of spiders so please don’t tell her the details. The other agent, asked to take a picture of the spider. They didn’t ask if we needed any assistance regarding the spider bite, barely an apology. We explained to them...

"The guest house is a great place to stay ,we really enjoyed our stay ,it’s clean and great customer service .the owner of the guest house is very friendly, the breakfast was amazing ,the owner of guest house invited us to join their a lunch before we leave to Hanoi .they are sweet couple .I will recommend to all my friend to stay here and we definitely will come back here again we rate this guest house 5 star rating ."
