"Beautiful hotel with a nice view and pool. The couples massage we had at the spa was excellent! Highly recommend getting one, they have magic hands. Reception is quick to respond to any of your needs. Breakfast is ok, omelets were good but coffee could be better. They had many other options, just none of them suited us."

"My husband and I loved our quiet stay at The Lotus Field Homestay. The guys running the place are absolutely fantastic! Anh, or Ricardo, was very helpful and super knowledgable when we booked a day tour with him. Duy, helped us organise a shuttle from Ha Long Bay for our arrival and then to Ha Noi aiport when we checked out and at very reasonable prices. I couldn't find a Grab cheaper than their rates. When we told the staff during check out, the two female reception agents did not do anything to address it.
