"We had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the positive side, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any request. Check-in was fast! Joey was super helpful and informative. Their hospitality made the stay feel warm and welcoming. Breakfast selection was awesome. Staff were very fast with replenishing the food. However, we were disappointed with the cleanliness of the bed. The bed sheets had noticeable chocolate stains, which made us question whether...
