"I’ve never stayed here before and I was so amazed. The lobby was beautifully decorated for the holidays, the front desk personnel were so nice. We arrived earlier than expected and our room was ready, 3 hours early. Our room, a king premier was fabulous. It was so big compared to other hotels we’ve stay at in NOLA. The bathroom was nice, but the room over all was fantastic. We'll stay here again. "

"Very pleasant. Staff were wonderful. We did upgrade when getting there so we can use the club lounge. I would have enjoyed it the lounge more if it was stocked. I asked the staff if I they could restock the drinks she said yes but never got stocked. I waited for 15 minutes then finally just went downstairs and bought a drink from Starbucks. Checked back later still only thing drink was milks and coffee style drinks. The room was clean . All and all wonderful stay."
