"This is a wonderful hotel. The rooms are great, the staff is great, the restaurants and bars are great, and the area is very convenient if you are staying for events around downtown Chattanooga."

"They should not charge for parking or coffee. Parking charge is outrageous!!!! $19 for one night! It’s not Manhattan!!!!! While there is coffee in your room you have to settle for fake creamers- yuck!! Or you have to pay $3 for coffee in the lobby & then there’s only one small size so you would have to walk back down for a second if you wanted more. Hardly “boutique”"

"Wallace and Nancy were amazing hosts to us on our stay! We stayed for our Anniversary/Babymoon and we were blown out of the water! The stay was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was phenomenal as well. We will be staying here again!"

"The apartment is excellent! - we have enjoyed our stay and I love the home away vibe that this property is giving fully furnished with minimalist decorations. Well cleaned and full equipped kitchen is a plus. Location is perfect too! Will definitely stay here again and highly recommended! "
