"Its was a very nice hotel in swiss montains ...very quiet after just open after winter ...never understand when hotel ask me to be evo friendly and save towels ..then give me 2 new soap and new slippers all wrapped in plastic in my 5 day stay ... Also restaurant run out of cocca cola only had zero ...next morning was filled up on minibar with voca cola ??? Asked for upgrade with big balcony ..yes ok ...100 euros more...got than room with smaller balcony ....but no discount of...

"Staff was professional and helpful both before and during my stay. Breakfast buffet was phenomenal! And I loved the location—close to both Old Town and New Prague. Oh and great location for main train station too. I would definitely recommend this hotel. "
