"We loved our stay at the Lotte Towers! The rooms were very spacious for our family of 4. We were provided a fridge on request. The views were amazing. The lifts were quick to get us to the 58th floor! Our rooms were serviced twice daily. Cannot fault anything at Lotte would love to return one day!! "
