"We had a wonderful time at the Placemakr. Expedia lost our reservation and T’Quanae the property manager was a huge help. Sol and Jailene were quick to help us, keep us updated and connect us to T’Quanae. All of our issues were resolved by the end of the day. "The room was well kept and the toiletries were complete. The shower space is a little too small though but there was a lot of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel available. The dispenser pump of the shampoo was defective though. The staff were accommodating and quickly responded to requests for assistance such as cleaning arrangements. The online check-in and check-out experience was seamless and convenient. Generally, our experience was quite good. "

"Everything was excellent during our stay. More than enough room for a family of five. Plenty of food and entertainment options around. Only issue we had was with the toilets,they were constantly running after you’d flush. Perhaps they need to update or change the components. Other than that, our stay was excellent!"

"What a gem! I was nervous about the virtual front desk but it worked out wonderfully. They allowed me to check in early which was a blessing on a cold January day! The room was compact but well put together. Great to have a fridge, tea, microwave and sound machine. I was able to make the room nice and warm during the day and cool at night to sleep. Also - the sheets smelled wonderful. My only suggestion is to allow the shower water to get hotter. Five stars!!"

They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."
