"The property was convenient to getting to Silver Springs, about 12 miles. It was clear and the property was well kept. They could do a little better in the dining area. They were out of paper products and there wasn't any fruit. Other than that I would probably stay there again if I was in the area."

"We didn’t get the house we originally paid for, the house stunk , had a spiral staircase, one of the doors didn’t lock, the bedrooms only had a lamp, also the electrical outlets were a little scary. The downstairs bathroom did not have a doorknob.We stayed here only because this was the second time of a rental company switching houses on us in this area. Not a pleasant experience during Christmas break."

"Not too many hotels in the Inverness/Floral City area. Woodspring Suites is fairly new. Very clean inside, staff was very helpful with my request for top floor and early check in. They offer coffee and fresh fruit in the morning. The rooms are for extended stay use, but we stayed several nights and were happy with the accommodations. "It was overall a nice property and stay. Room was nice but bathroom was a bit dirty looking and the shower curtain was stained and in the shower didn't look very clean. There was also an old soap bar left behind on the shampoo bottle and overall the bathroom just didnt look that clean. Staff was mostly nice.... Guy at the front desk wasn't the friendliest at check in, seemed annoyed. But other staff was very nice. Over all a good stay."

"Very quiet area. It was very clean and comfortable. Like a bed and breakfast more then a hotel. Parking right at the door. Continental Breakfast was good. "This property has an amazing swimming pool there are usually lots of kids there but they stay to their selfs. As far as cleanliness goes it's all right it's not a five-star hotel by any means but it serves its purpose it's cheap it's got a great restaurant the staff is friendly and like I said the f****** pool is awesome it goes to 8 ft"
