"Booked a single room but was given a room for three,bed/ pillows very comfy,lovely clean towels and had toiletries, plenty of tea coffee suger and even biccies, staff were lovely very accommodating,although given I bigger room I’d much prefer fed the single,aircon better tv worked better but definitely would stay again,over road to shopping mall, woolies etc, might be budget but a very good budget hotel and no better location and great pool"

"The concrete in the community areas was quite dirty. The unit itself was not the cleanest with grime on the floor and some small cockroaches and ants causing problems. The hair dryer in the room was very noisy and on it's last legs. Also the exhaust fan in the bathroom was very noisy and about die."

"The YHA in Alice Springs is perfectly located and a charming place to stay that ouzes character. I'm 50 years old and stayed there with my wife. It was spotlessly clean and absolutely ideal for a few nights before heading over to Ayers Rock. The staff were amazing "

"Nous étions logés dans une grande chambre confortable, dans la maison de l'hôte. Le petit déjeuner (au choix continental ou salé) était très bon.Nous avions accès à la piscine. Kathy est une hôte géniale, elle est venue nous chercher à l'aéroport, elle est très serviable et toujours de bons conseils. Son mari et elle sont très accueillants? Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de notre passage chez eux."

"THE " Heavitree Gap Outback Lodge " was just such a refreshing place to stay at minimal cost. The staff at reception "LESLIE AND PAGE were so helpful and refreshingly honest in their attitude towards customers and their respective jobs. The cleaning and room preparation was excellent and the cleaning staff were most obliging in providing extra service if there was a requirement.. such as sugar, tea, milk, blankets etc. Kudos to the groundsmen for their efforts to keep all clean and tidy."
