"Newly refurbished hotel- very chic, lots of beautiful marble. Great location, a short walk to the central square down a quiet street. Staff were very nice. "I have had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were polite and helpful, taking care of everything for me. The room was spacious and offered a fantastic view of Sapa and the surrounding mountains.
