Le personnel nous a organisé un trek avec une guide hmong. Cette sortie a été exceptionnelle, nous avons passé un très bon moment et en savons plus sur les différentes ethnies et coutumes locales. Personnel gentil mais peu qualifié ce qui rend le service très bancal en général (maitrise de l’anglais très moyenne, absence de coordination, quelques indélicatesses). Spa assez vieillot. En bref, un très bel hôtel avec un service pas à la hauteur. "

"For our first visit to Sapa, we are so happy we stayed at the Bamboo Hotel! It is conveniently located for both trekking and the amenities of Sapa. The rooms were clean, the food was great and the onsite spa was a delight. By far, the best part though was the staff. They were all so wonderful but in particular, Julie at the front desk went above and beyond for us every chance she had. She even went as far as hand delivering a birthday cake (with a song!).
